Free Comic Book Day Round Up

Spider-Man, Tom-Kray, Free-comic-book-day, g-mart-comics, cosplay, cosplayerHey All,

This post is coming a little later than expected. Sorry about that. It took the Internet longer to pull together the images from Saturday and I wanted to do this as one post.

I didn’t end up having an opportunity to play Peter Parker, ace-photographer on Saturday. I was too busy representing his alter-ego. The good news is I had friends there who weren’t similarly occupied. With no further adieu, cosplay pictures.

Because I’m a nerd.

Check out Jonathan’s other great cosplay pictures.

Here’s are the books I snagged up on FCBD. Well, I say snagged up-really handed to me in tote bag for spending the day as Spider-Man. Thanks my friendly neighborhood comic shop. There you go, shameless plug. But seriously they’re great people.

Since Star Wars Day was this weekend as well(May the 4th be with you) and it’s Revenge of the Fifth as I write this. Here’s a lightsaber.

That’s it for Free Comic Book Day this year. The-FAS will be back tomorrow with more flash fiction. Little spoiler: Wednesday’s story isn’t humorous. Gasp, I know. But I’d like to know what you all think. Leave a comment and let me know what you’d like to see more of.

Cheers,

Tom

About tomkray

Tom Kray is a writer, gentleman adventurer, and the resident zombie expert (wherever he happens to be residing at the time). He believes in the oxford comma. He believes that terrible decisions make great stories and he could tell you a bit about both. He’s headstrong and a little daft but has a good heart and bounces when he hits the ground, which is fortunate as he does tend to trip over his own feet a lot. He has a history of applying percussive maintenance with moderate success.
